- Samples: conditioned cell culture media, cell extracts, body fluids (plasma, cerebro spinal fluid ), tissue extracts, and (purified) enzyme preparations.

- Range/sensitivity: 0.6 to 10 ng/ml (1 h incubation with detection reagent), 0.08-2.5 (3 h incubation with detection reagent),
